Westgate IT meets the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) requirements for a documented and implemented commercial IT support company that manage business risk associated with the loss or compromise of intellectual property. It also demonstrates that Westgate IT is capable of providing continuous service improvement to its clients, taking a risk-based approach to ensuring best delivery outcomes for clients.
More importantly, the ISO/IEC 27001 certification allows Westgate IT to demonstrate that its quality and information security management systems are integrated at the foundation level and we use this as the basis for Westgate to provide professional IT support to its clients, giving enterprise level managed support.

Almost every business we cater to requires us to meet international quality management certification ISO 9001, which we’ve had in place for over a decade.
Through the certification for ISO 27001 for ISMS, our clients can be confident that we have the controls in place to protect their information in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability – the three pillars of information security.
The skill-sets at Westgate are regularly updated. Westgate employs experienced engineers only. All Westgate engineers have or are undertaking Microsoft qualifications.
Skills mean very little without experience; at Westgate there is over 30 years of experience gained throughout an everyday changing technical environment.
Because all Westgate’s staff are Microsoft qualified, the Microsoft Corporation has recognised this and has awarded Westgate full “Microsoft Gold Certified Partner” status since March 2002. This means that Westgate has direct access to Microsoft programmers and engineers.
