Most of us are already using Microsoft Teams for instant messaging, internal calls and to host meetings with our colleagues. Microsoft 365 Business Voice provides clients with a familiar yet robust Enterprise Grade Phone System that is completely cloud-based and enables users to make, receive, and transfer calls to and from landlines and mobiles on the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) in Microsoft Teams.

What’s Included with Microsoft Teams Voice?

Enterprise-Grade Phone System
With Microsoft Teams Voice, you will have a secure and reliable system that allows you to make and receive calls from a trusted source, Microsoft Cloud.

Built-in Audio Conferencing
For many users, flexibility is extremely important throughout a day of scheduled meetings and being able to join from any device or location is key. The Built-in Audio Conferencing feature provides a dial-in number which is integrated into every online meeting that you host or join.

Calling Plan
Another helpful feature is the ease of migrating existing phone numbers that you have and also acquiring new ones as the Calling Plan feature allows you to make and receive Public Switched Telephone Network calls to any number.

Simplification & Accessibility

Your communications become simplified and unified. By incorporating all of your calls, chats and meetings into Teams, you are able to access and view your day ahead all in one place. Your contacts and calendar are connected across Teams and Outlook and you can also collaborate on team projects through Word and PowerPoint within calls and meetings.

The Microsoft Teams application can also be installed on most devices such as laptops, mobile and tablets and at Westgate, we can even provide hard phones if required by the client.

Microsoft Teams Voice Set-up

At Westgate, we have set up many of our clients with Microsoft Teams Voice, going through your requirements and discussing your business needs. These requirements may include needing features such as auto attendants, hunt groups, hold music and call routing.

With a fairly simple transition process, the set-up requires little tuition to the end user and existing telephone numbers can be easily ported from any existing Telecoms Provider. This means that from a business perspective, your customer won’t know anything has changed.

If you or your Business is interested in finding out more about how Microsoft Business Voice can support your communications, fill in the enquiry form below and one of our Microsoft Experts will be in touch.
