For many users, flexibility is extremely important throughout a day of scheduled meetings and being able to join from any device or location is key. The Built-in Audio Conferencing feature provides a dial-in number which is integrated into every online meeting that you host or join.
Another helpful feature is the ease of migrating existing phone numbers that you have and also acquiring new ones as the Calling Plan feature allows you to make and receive Public Switched Telephone Network calls to any number.
Simplification & Accessibility
Your communications become simplified and unified. By incorporating all of your calls, chats and meetings into Teams, you are able to access and view your day ahead all in one place. Your contacts and calendar are connected across Teams and Outlook and you can also collaborate on team projects through Word and PowerPoint within calls and meetings.
The Microsoft Teams application can also be installed on most devices such as laptops, mobile and tablets and at Westgate, we can even provide hard phones if required by the client.
